Reasonable room with low ceilings in a back part of the Palazzetto and with no view. Excellent breakfast in a glorious Palazzo room. Very central location just by the Academia Bridge. Hotel has its own door to a side canal so one can be delivered to and picked up from the reception area of the hotel by boat.

Perfect location with wonderful views of the Grand Canal. Beautiful bedrooms and restaurant. Felt like a VIP! Staff were smiley and friendly and we were grateful for the 24hr reception. Breakfast was delicious in a sumptuous room and relaxing atmosphere. Access to the hotel was wonderful with the music from the neighbouring conservatoire accompanying us! Loved everything about this place. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This bite-sized palace on the Grand Canal is just the sort of place you never want changed—even though it certainly needs to if it is to survive. I would love to see it ‘tucked in’ a bit, but only just enough for it to be more comfortable, yet without compromising its standing as the best damn deal in the city!

This is a really special hotel - part of the historic Pisani family Palace - this is like stepping into the world of Venice in the 17th century - beautiful antiques, stunning character - overlooking the grand canal - make sure u arrive by water taxi !! - I’ve seen some of other reviews with people moaning about no lifts +- to preserve the building they are not allowed - and frankly it would ruin the feel of this extraordinary place - treat yourself to a real Venice experience and price of Venetian history - the common rooms like restaurant area and bar area are especially extraordinary !!! - st marks square some 10 mins walk away

A beautiful period property in a really fabulous location, we had room only but the dining room looked so beautiful overlooking the grand canal we had a glass of wine one evening on the balcony- heaven!

On the Grand Canal not too far from St Marks Square, La Fenice and Campo Santo Stefano. Good sized rooms. Very comfortable bed.

We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the Salute suite. 2 rooms, 3 windows overlooking the Grand Canal and Santa Maria de la Salute. Enjoyed the view of the sunrise, the parade of boats at the opening of the carnival and romantic night views of the Grand Canal. Perfect cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, excellent hearty breakfast in a historical interior, arrival by water taxi directly to the reception. In the evening we enjoyed dessert in the lounge-bar with portraits of the former owners of this palace. Very friendly staff, helped us carry our suitcases to our floor, order a taxi, organized a take away breakfast for us on the day of an early departure. Many thanks to Aronele + Masud.
