“The perfect place for an intimate quiet stay!”

Perfect! Excellent location, very comfortable rooms with a very Venetian design and atmosphere. Very intimate small hotel but perfect for a few days in town. Breakfast is delicious, staff are very professional and courteous. The place is clean and well maintained, really nothing to say! The price is also fair.

A magical Venetian adventure! We spent three unforgettable nights in this wonderful hotel, located one kilometer from St. Mark's Square. And you know what? This turned out to be a real advantage! The hotel's location is a true gem. Close enough to the main attractions (just a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the heart of Venice), yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of authentic, unhurried Venice. The hotel staff was simply magnificent! Every request of ours was fulfilled quickly and with genuine care. They helped us feel like special guests. And the breakfasts... They were absolutely stunning! Every morning, a real feast for the taste buds awaited us. The freshest croissants and aromatic coffee - everything was prepared with love and served impeccably. Our room was cozy and elegant, with a view of a quiet Venetian canal. Falling asleep to the gentle lapping of water and waking up in a peaceful environment - priceless! This is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the true atmosphere of Venice, while still being able to easily reach the main attractions. We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely return again!

This little hotel is just fabulous!!! The rooms are amazing, the attention to detail is unquestionable, all the little touches. The staff are just lovely - really couldn't fault a thing! Breakfast is a delight and we ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is high end and delisious.

Everything! Just wow! Amazingly quiet and convenient location only 15 mins walk to the San Marco Piazza, exquisite luxury and attention to detail everywhere. The staff were particularly attentive, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was stunning - fresh and high quality. A special praise has to go to Margherita and Corina who helped make our stay for my wife’s 50th super special - little touches like balloons, champagne and a cake delivered to our room on her birthday. Without doubt we will absolutely return again in the future!

A less-crowded area of Venice but still full of delightful alleyways and plazas. Very new hotel, clean and attractive. Served breakfast only, but responsive staff and delicious food.

The location is great . The design and colours are really nice. The food at breakfast was great but most of all the staff is super helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Mrs Corina at reception who is so unbelievably nice. It is rare to find people who take such pride in their work and who really go above and beyond to make the clients stay unforgettable

Everything about the hotel is excellent! The quality of the materials used and the attention to details are outstanding! The location is perfect since it’s in a very quite area, but very close to San Marco. And also the customer service is at another level, we felt extremely welcomed and we got a lot of help in planning everything we wanted for our trip (thank you Corina, you were amazing)! The restaurant is also very good, with delicious dishes and friendly staff. Can’t wait to be back!
