Please note that the property is closed every night from 00:30 until 07:00, therefore it is not possible to enter the premises or to check-in after 00:00. There are no exceptions for this rule, not even for the Mostra del Cinema, since we do not offer the night receptionist service. Please make a reservation with awareness. Early check-out before 07.00 is possible upon prior agreement.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location! The building is very atmospheric, our room was very simple, but clean, which is the main thing for me, the view from the window is also very beautiful, wooden shutters and a small balcony created a special mood! Cool and friendly staff, they are ready to help you with all your questions, you can also ask for a hairdryer and iron if it is necessary

Lovely hostel in a very nice and convenient location of Venice. (5 minute walk from the bus, train and tram stops). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I turned up at 11am and my room was ready so they allowed me to check in early - which is such a lovely bonus. They lock the doors from 12:30am - 7am. So I felt very secure. You leave your key at reception when you go out too and check you against their guest list when you enter (which added to the security). It's about a 30 minute walk into St Marks Square, but is such a delight going through all the back streets to get there (far more charming than the main tourist street!). The balcony had a lovely view over the rooftops of Venice. It was nice to sit out there in the late afternoon. The rooms are older but comfortable. The was a lift to get to each floor, the rooms had air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The shared bathrooms were clean and spacious. Check out was speedy.

Perfect location in sestiere San Polo, close to Santa Lucia railway station. This is a student house, renting some rooms to travellers, so it has "normal life" vibe, as students are still present. Staff is kind and helpful. There is a small terrace, wherefrom you can see the roofs of the greater part of Venice. Moreover, the place has a perfect lounge with big armchairs to drop in! Years ago during my first journey to Venice I saw this brightly-lit lounge, full of people reading - I suspected it was a student house, but never did I expect to find there myself as a [temporary] inhabitant! Yet, the dream came true...now!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location near to the railway station. Allows luggage be kept after checkout time and collect it later that day, which saves some money. Decent size rooms, clean washrooms and comfortable beds.

Very friendly staff who are flexible and provide great service to guests. Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Location is super. Guest can walk to the main sights of Venice from the location.

It is the perfect opportunity to stay a night in Venice without spending a fortune. The rooms look much nicer in real life ghan on the pictures, the bathrooms are super clean and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend!
