The location was amazing. Lot’s of local bars, restaurants were there. Also because of University area there are lots of young people enjoying.

Excellent space and well equipped kitchenette. Etienne was very attentive prior to our arrival. He welcomed us, helped us with our luggage, and provided a thorough tour of the room.

Great location right off the plaza. The windows open up looking out into the plaza, which can be noisy. Host provided ear plugs, which worked very well. Unit was clean and bright.

Modern, clean and tidy. Great bathroom / shower and air conditioning. Location was perfect, host was very helpful and polite, would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean .The host was very friendly, and the communication was excellent, Start to finish. Would highly recommend this place. It is a scenic 15 min walk from the St marks square and the apartment is in a lovely yet lively little square of its own. You will not be disappointed.

Easy to reach location, stylish apartment, easy access, friendly host/assistant. Reasonable price for the area, but not the best value for money.

What a great location - so lively and vibrant! The square is full of restaurants and all the main sights are walking distance. Though Venice can be tough on people carrying suitcases. We had a large suitcase and it was an effort to reach the property on foot and then carrying it to the first floor where the room was located. The room though is great. Comes equipped with kitchen (we didn't use it... and why would you if you are on a holiday?). The airconditioning was great. Bed was super comfortable and the view (chef's kiss) - you open the window and face the lively, vibrant square full of people enjoying their meals, walks and gelatos.
