The location was fantastic! In the heart of Venice on the grand canal. Loved being able to look out the window and see the canal. The bathroom was very well equipped. Complimentary water and chocolates available. Excellent security. Did have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs with luggage - not a problem for us - but others may struggle.

The location is superb, very central and easy to walk to all areas. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The building is very nice with decent size rooms, we had the canal view which was amazing to wake up to each morning.

The location is absolutely amazing. It is located right in the heart of everything but the position is quiet and private. The views from the apartment were unbelievable with our own private dock! The staff was exceptional-always so helpful, cheerful and kind. Everything on the property is spotless and well kept. I can’t imagine ataying anywhere in the city.

Expansive views overlooking the Grand Canal with terrace! Our room was large & comfy with overly helpful staff. Central location within 20 minute walk of all attractions. Staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage well after hours to adventure. Would definitely stay again!
