Good location ( but you will need to walk or catch ferry to main sites). Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We were travelling with a child and space still good.

We loved our room as it was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was easy to find as well. We used ACTV 48 hour pass from the airport onwards itself for the two days we were staying and it was quite easy to get to there with one bus and one boat ride using the pass without any extra tickets. Also this place is very close to Salute stop from which you can get to the San Marco square in just few minutes. It’s in a quiet area as well, so there was no noises or anything through out the night, so we slept really well too. There’s a separate entrance for which we were given an entry key for and a door access card to our room, which was handy to get in and out at the times we wanted as well. All in all, would definitely recommend.

The location was excellent. Its close to ponte dell Accademia so from there you can reach anywhere in the city. The apartment looked very pretty. It was clean and spacious enough. They gave us a free bottle of water. The staff was very nice, Christina explained everything that we had to know clear and I am very grateful that she recommended us a very good place to eat local with good amount of money Trattoria ai Cugnai dal 1911 which was very close. Overall an amazing trip, I would definetly go back to this location

A really lovely spot, easy to get to all the tourist hotspots. The room was gorgeous looking and the staff absolutely brilliant. Really great that they let you bring bags to store before book in time. We messaged again to check and they said we could check in early - a Godsend! Having a 3 am start and coming in Jean's it was SO helpful to be able to go in, have a quick shower, change and relax for half an hour before seeing some sights. Afterwards my son had left his shirt, and on enquiring with them, they found it. When we went the next day yo pick it up, they'd even laundered it! xx

We felt the breakfast offered was good value. The room was spacious for Venice and the bathroom was great. We loved the location because it was quieter and less busy than other parts of Venice.

The property is located in a really beautiful part of Venice and offered tasteful furnishings, ease of access to all the places we desired to visit, and above all the staff were extremely friendly.
