I love this hotel I’ve been staying here for years. I love the warm reception from kind staff. I love the decor it feels so Venetian. I love the location just back from Strada nuova. Close to everything but very peaceful. It’s one of my favourite places to stay in Cannaregio.

The place was tidy, had a nice inner yard, the room had everything for a comfortable stay. Shower was nice and clean. Good facilities for a reasonable price.

Location is great, only a short 3 minute walk off the Taxi Boat (route 1C) from the Grand Canal. The hotel sent excellent directions and access codes which were simple. Rooms are decorated in Venician style, not to everyones taste, but we liked it. It has a great view over a small canal and is 100 yards from restaurants and cafe's yet quiet even with the windows open. A large wow factor for my daughter was having a Gondola paddling under the window when we arrived. Only 20 to 30 minute walk to St Marks Square. Staff were great, and responsive.

The location was amazing - very quiet yet near to a vaparetto stop and a busy street with bars, cafes and shops. The room was big, clean and had a lovely view of the canal. The beds were comfortable and having the option of breakfast in your room was a real treat. Staff were kind and helpful.

Easy self check in, great location. Short stroll to COOP, bars and cafes. The Nespresso machine and free pods were much appreciated.
