The room was cozy and comfortable. The location in the heart of Venice was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Location was Great. 7-8 minutes from Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Full of Cafès and Restaurants near by! The Room was clean and had a very nice vintage Venetian style! Breakfast was ok but basic in quantity! Wifi also great!

Great location, very clean, with decent breakfast and good coffee. They sent us detailed instructions how to find the facility. This was very helpful, because information on Google maps is not correct.

Clean, near the center, quiet during the night after 22:00, basic breakfast but it was nice for us and more than enough! 3 steps from the hotel there are literally 3 restaurants and bars and two gondola points for rides around the canals! Even one pharmacy with a venting machine when they are closed! The staff is excellent and very helpful!!!
