Reception was excellent. The personal was very kind and helped us a lot. We left our luggage before our check out time and there was no problem. The room was very clean because it matched the photo. The view from the balcony to the square was beautiful. It's well located because it's just a 5min walk to Ducale Palace.

staff was really customer friendly. room was large and spacious and clean. breakfast was awesome. the old woman in breakfast area needs recognition and she is so sweet with everyone.

Location was great. Places were within walking distance. Staff are really nice and helpful. Aircon temperature was working properly.

The location was superb, so central to St Marco square and the ferry stop. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the lady looking after breakfast - she was so attentive and friendly. And the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it.
