The location is very good so you can move around with the ferries and reach almost all attractions in a short time.

-good placement near the rialto bridge -nice clean rooms and spacious bathroom all at a great price -GREAT staff, David was really awesome and welcoming -hotel has a nice cozy lobby/lounge right on the grand canal -we had no breakfast but from what I saw it was a decent size and variation
