The hotel was above my expectation. Every hotel in Venice is unique and since there is not much room on the lagoon, I was not expecting too much but our room was excellent. The bed was super comfy. We are bigger type of people and had no issue with the size of the bed. There were seats to admire the canal through the window. The bathroom was well equipped and shower powerful. The whole hotel was spotless. Staff was friendly. Useful information at the door. Venice is busy but we were not bothered by the noise during the night nor early morning. The location was perfect to sight see - airport water bus at door stop and 15 minutes slow walking to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine in the room was an unexpected bonus.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The daily housekeeping was thorough and discreet. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff – extremely helpful and always smiling. Any questions or minor issues were resolved quickly and with great care for our comfort. We truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

The room is clean with basic supplies provided. Location is near to the train station which is want we wanted. Fair choices of restaurants nearby. Staff is nice.

Fantastic location, short walk to the train station and all the sites with excellent dining options around. Staff were lovely and check in was very easy. Our standard double room felt very spacious and was well set up.

It is within walking distance of Santa Lucia Station, and there are water bus stops, supermarkets, and popular restaurants nearby, making it a great location for sightseeing. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, The staff is friendly. They stored my luggage before check-in.

Great hotel 1200 years old, but with new renovations. The place is pefect - we had view over the nearby bridge. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and confortable. We had a great stay in venice.
