Good location. Easy access to all main attractions, ferry and restaurants. Looks exactly like pictures - very pretty. Host has good communication and answered all questions quickly.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood right beside the canal! The apartment was very clean and cozy and had everything you need - for cooking, washing clothes. Very comfortable bed, soft bedding and towels. The host was very nice and helped us with everything. Easy self check in and clear instructions from the host. The place was heated very well, but the floor was cold, so I would recommend bringing sleepers or warm socks :)

We liked the opening window to the chanel. it was great to be in the heart of Venice. Close to shops and restaurants. There was a washing machine in the apt.

The property exceeded my expectations. Lovely location, close to every main atraction while also in a quiet area, just in front of a beautiful canal. Property was super clean, super comfortable and with everything needed for a stay - from kitchen appliances to a washing machine if needed. Host was helpful with check in / check out, keys drop-off and recommendations. If I go again to Venice i will definitely book this property again.
