The room was big and comfortable, with heating for Venice cold and rainy days. The bathroom was also great, very clean and modern. The building is very close to St. Mark piazza.

The location is perfect if you want to stay close to the center, don't hesitate to book here. We could easily walk everywhere, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, from good restaurants to simple fast food. The welcoming lady was very nice and explained everything clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. After checking out, they allowed us to leave our backpacks there, which was a huge relief as we could visit the city without carrying heavy bags until our train departed. When we came back to pick up our bags, we also had a quiet lunch in the yard. We highly recommend this place.

Superbly located, near Piazza San Marco and the Rialto vaporetto station. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary bottle of local wine. The room was spacious and clean. Outstanding value for money!
