Location was near the Biennale giardini, tucked away in a quiet street, but very near the supermarket and lots of restaurants and cafes.

This apartment is so great! It felt very homey and the vicinity is really peaceful and quiet. It’s close to a lot of restaurant just a 3-5 min walk to the main street. It’s also close to a water bus stop. The apartment has comfortable beds and it’s kept clean. You basically have everything you need there. I loved it!! 10/10!!

Excellent location in a quiet, non-touristy part of Venice yet with easy access to the main sites and very close to the Biennale modern art exhibition. The apartment is extremely well equipped and the owner is always available for advice. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and only a few minutes from the Grand Canal, yet the area still retains an authentic Venetian way of life. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to go back again.
