It’s bigger than expected, we didn’t know it came with a self-cleaning kitchen. We love the air conditioner as it was very hot in Venice when we were there. Very clean and very close proximity to restaurants! It was also so close to the train station (15-20minute walk)

Situated on the quieter part of Venice within walking distance to train station and water transport points, turned out great for me.. couple of great nearby restaurants.

Very clean, stocked up with clean towels, a kettle and some tea and coffee, and had a mini fridge! and the guest was so kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to get into the property

Nice area, lots of cafes and restaurants around and beautiful view. Out of the touristy area with a lovely atmosphere. Room had clean bed with a good hair dryer and good air conditioning. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Gianluca was nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp and we were able to check in an hour early. Worth the price.
