Very close to Piazzale Roma, which is something I was looking for when looking at options. Also, once you check in, the stay is pretty straightforward and you can get to most of the tourist spots and eateries easily on foot. Lastly, the building is quite secure, the room has a locked cabinet for your important belongings, and good storage space, and everything is clean, including the towels and bed linen.

Very cute and cozy hotel for a good price. The owner was very accommodating and nice. I loved the water pressure in the shower - it was strong and the water was hot. Room was cute and spacious. Location is great if you need to stay close to the station like we did - you are a few minutes away, but already in Venice. Great bakery around the corner.

The bed was very comfortable, big windows, cozy room with fridge and water heater. There were coffee, tiramisu, and some candies. There were towels provided and the instructions were also clear. Easy to get in and out of the building.

Very basic, but charming. Excellent location in a quiet street. Very small room and tiny bathroom but with a homely touch. Just rooms, no social area. Perfect for anyone on a tight budget.

I like that everything is clean especially the toilet. Also you have enough rooms to put or hang your stuff. Camilla has been really helpful and friendly. Kudos to the woman who cleans the rooms too. Thank you! The location is so good that’s is near by 4.6 to 4.7 rated restaurants and bakery. 5min walk from bus station and 10mins to train station. You don’t have to worry about walking around 4am to get the bus going to Marco Polo airport. You only have to deal with two stairs from train station which is another plus! Really good value for money!
