Beautiful, cool design in an amazing building. My room was a tight squeeze but was probably one of the bigger ones, had very high ceilings. Bar and drinks are obviously great, that's the concept. Loved the premixed drinks in the minibar and loved the view on the water with the balcony!!! I would come here again, it's very unique.

Good 4* hotel, with excelent location. Convenient transport with vaporetto both to San Marco, Academia and Piazalle Roma and Troncheto. Rooms, clean, bed comfortable. Room was with a view to courtyard, so it was no outside noise.

The cool and eclectic interpretation of Venice - beautiful interiors, lovely spacious room with comfortable bed, amazing bar with great service and very creative cocktails, good breakfast and lovely front house - especially Marco. Location is great if you want to be away from tourist hot spots and enjoy a more quieter and cooler Venice close to great galleries - bearing in mind we have visited in quiet December and everything was misty, we still enjoyed the location. I am sure in summer it would be stunning.

The location was excellent, close enough for all the sights but in a quieter area which suited us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were well appointed.
