The staff at breakfast were very friendly. The breakfast room has a great atmosphere and breakfast itself was tasty. The room was warm, despite cool weather.

I wish we stayed longer in this beautiful place. For while I felt like back in time for thousand years one to one with beautiful nature on the Venetian island St.Erasmo, surrounded by singing birds, peace, tranquility and few friendly mosquitoes. It definitely worth going there instead of staying at narrow built cemented downtown, traveling around 45-50 minutes by water trams

The location is so peaceful and quiet, good wifi, great staff, the whole nine yards. Even the vaporetto trips to and from the island, despite being long (about 30 minutes minimum), are enjoyable. Getting to see Venice at night from this unique angle is amazing. If you listen closely, you can also hear the bells chiming in Venice.

It is quiet and clean if you want to stay in a peaceful place away from venice it is perfect. You can get to the place easily by 2 boats. I was afraid that it was hard but it was not. The boats work almost 24 hours and is easy to carry your luggage with. You can buy 2 days ticket from the train station
