Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—everyone was so friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we had the best experience possible. The room itself was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We particularly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel is situated in a fantastic part of Venice, nestled in a lively yet charming area. There’s so much to explore nearby, with beautiful canals, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants just around the corner. Despite being in the heart of it all, the location was surprisingly peaceful and not overly crowded, which allowed us to enjoy the vibrant surroundings without feeling overwhelmed by tourists. It was the perfect balance of being close to all the action while still offering a calm, relaxing retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit to Venice!

It was a one-night stay in Venice, so we only really slept at the hotel and had breakfast in the morning before catching our train. Overall, a great place for a short stay, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was tasty (classic Italian). We had a ground-floor room with an en-suite bathroom (I believe all the rooms are equipped with one) and furniture spacious enough to accommodate two people. Regarding the location, there isn't really a bad one in the whole of Venice - it's such a picturesque place that no matter where you stay, there's always something to see.

Excellent location! Nice and quiet area close by the bus stop and all the main sights. Quite clean and eco friendly.

Location is great for walking around the Venice! Hard to reach hotel with heavy luggage due to car or ferry cannot enter area where hotel Located. There are four bridges with stares from the closest taxi accessible point and about 10 min walk distance

We arrived at 9am and they had a big room to leave our bags and could get changed so we could go explore for the day. The room had a lovely view over the courtyard and university area. It was so clean and just what you need for a 2 night stay. Great location with great restaurants nearby. Great breakfast too.
