The location is excellent, and the room decoration is nice. The room size was satisfactory, and the breakfast was quite good as well.

It is a sweet hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a very gentle and adequate staff. It is round the corner of San Marco in a quiet street. There is a very small bar, which is really nice. Excellent wine.

I really like the breakfast. Everything was very delicious. Recommended. Just one thing, I didn't understand why there was no cheese (once in one morning only 1 type) at breakfast? Crew was so quick and nice at breakfast. Location was perfect. Pictures show excatly what it is.

Location is close to Rialto and c 10 mins from St Marks. Staff were very helpful and breakfast choices were superb.

FANTASTIC location in between the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square! Just take the ferry from St Lucia station to the Rialto stop and it is a 5 min walk. The front desk staff are welcoming and so happy to help in any way they can. The breakfast is amazing and caters to all nationalities served in a quaint dining area. There is no elevator but there is an on call porter who carried our bags up 3 flights!! They looked after our bags on check out and there is a guest area to freshen up when you return to collect your bags before leaving. It well exceeded our expectation in customer service and I would not hesitate to stay here again!
