We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Scandinavia! The location is perfect — tucked away in a charming square but still just a short walk from all the main sights. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of Venetian character. A special thank you to Elena at the front desk, who was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to assist with directions and recommendations. Her kindness truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice — we’d love to come back!

the location is fantastic, the breakfast was boring, for the week that i stayed there it was exactly the same but it didnt even bother me as it got me through the day

Great location, not crowded, easy to reach even if you arrive at night. Staff is very polite and friendly. Room was small but comfy. Overall, it offers a comfortable stay.

Well located, pleasant hotel. The lift was useful, although it doesn't go up to the top floor. There was a reasonable choice at breakfast, by Italian standards. Bedroom was very warm and there wasn't a way of regulating the temperature, other than opening the windows . A kettle with tea and coffee would be a welcome addition to the room

We have stayed only one night at the end of January. The location is bigger walk from Piazzale Roma - about 40-45 minutes with luggage. At the same time then it is very close to main sights - less than 10 minutes walk. The little square and surrounding was very quiet in the evening and at night. The hotel was clean - elevator is tiny. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You may leave your luggage on departure day at the reception. Breakfast had a good variety and also strong in non sweet options. I was really sorry, we took only one night, so only one breakfast there. The breakfast is small, so maybe in more crowded times it can be a problem. There are also some vending machines to but little snacks and water. Really had great stay at this hotel.

The staff were very very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with attention to detail. The location was excellent. You are central but without the crowds. Would recommend.

The location was great. The view from the balcony room perfect during the Masquerade. Very atmospheric place. Lovely attentive staff. Good nightlife around. Clean.

Room just ideal for a safe and comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh and a wide choice. Reception staff were exceptional and welcoming. A 7 minute stroll to the Grand Canal!!
