Everything. Room size and comfort were excellent. Breakfast delicious. Location perfect, especially with their own wharf out the back. Staff were lovely and always helpful. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Had a superb stay, the staff were all fantastic and we're so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely, with a large room and very comfortable bed which was just what we needed after a day exploring Venice. Even better, the spa helped us relax even more! The breakfast was great and set us up nicely for the day, with tasty coffee and lots of pastries and fruit. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk to San Marco, with easy access to the square and palace. Located on a beautiful shopping district, it would be hard to pick a better spot! We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, but we did try some cocktails in the great bar, and enjoyed the service from the staff there too.
