A pretty, petite hotel in a fabulous location within easy walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. Breakfast was available as an extra and we really enjoyed it, always fresh and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Annalisa in particular was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. We were very sad to leave, always a sign of a brilliant break away from home!

Terrific location for this very small hotel, close to the "accademia" bridge, only minutes away from San Marco. The room was tidy and well furnished. Overall a pleasant experience.

It is a charming hotel in a great location. It is an easy walk to both San Marco and to the Accademia bridge. The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The breakfast definitely represented good value.

Perfect location. Visited with my 75year old mother and this was a perfect location from which to explore Venice. Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable lovely room. Couldn’t ask for more.
