The architecture and venetian grandeur of the saloon type bedrooms and hallways. Plenty of nooks to read or listen to music or simply take in the view of the Grand Canal. The decor was delightful and every little detail was like an amuse boucle. I will definitely return.

Best hotel I ever stay in Europe… The Decorations inside the our room is very nice as well as outside. The view was fantastic from outside my room lobby.

We loved the location, the hotel and the staff. We were en route to ski and so being dropped off to the hotel and picked up with no additional need to transfer within Venice was a real bonus. We walked easily around Venice and took the Vaporetto. We ate at their sister hotel, Palazzo Stern and really enjoyed the boat ride there. The food was exceptional. I think it would be even more amazing in other seasons when you can sit on the balcony. We had the hotel breakfast and thought it was good value. We would definitely stay here again. Great view from the rooftop for a sunset drink.

Great location, it takes only 3 minutes to walk to the bus station and the pier. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and bright.

Great location in terms of access. It’s the only hotel in Venice that my car can stop right in front of the main entrance. I picked this hotel mainly because I was arriving on a car and I can avoid struggling to get my luggages on board water taxis. For visitors arriving by trains, there are hotels located within walking distances. However these hotels, including mine are located about 30 mins walking distances to St Marks Square and major sights

Excellent location with a nice view of the canals and hospitality staff. Located near the train station, half an hour's walking from St Marco, cleanliness and all facilities în the room and hotel.
