The hotel was in a perfect location and was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was self service, the staff were very friendly and the food was good.

Location was perfect - easy to get to via the ferry system and the very close Rialto Terminal (just outside the hotel's door) - perfect location for a lovely visit to Venice!

I have stayed here before, and I am sure will stay here again many times in the future. The whole experience is " a little piece of heaven on earth, in Venice"😘🥰😍 photos are the view from our room, 120😊

The location was great. Right at a transport stop and a very short walk to restaurants, shops and of course Rialto Bridge. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice.
