Very beautiful hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice: a lot of dishes, snacks and sweets, good coffee and prosecco. There was really clean, the towels were changed every day. The place was quiet, all the main attractions were nearby. We had a wonderful time in this palazzo.

Location close to St marks Square, but on a lovely smaller square of its own that was quiet. The room with beautifully furbished, and the staff were so friendly and helpful The beds were so comfortable

Big room, very elegant venue, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast! Situated on a very beautiful place in the heart of Venice 5min away from San Marco.

The decor, character and location were fantastic. Room was huge and had vaulted ceiling. The staff especially the gentleman at breakfast and receptionist were exceptional

The staff are amazing, very patient with my bad Italian and helped when I got stuck. The hotel from the outside is very basic, but as soon as you walk through the doors, it's clear this hotel is a secret gem. There are paintings everywhere, a grand piano, costumes on display, balconies to use and the food is amazing. The location seemed to be no more than 25 mins walk from anywhere, it's only a short 5 mins walk to San Marco piazza.

Typical Venetian building that had been updated. Greatly appreciated the upgrade to a junior suite although the climb to the bathroom was a bit of a challenge in the middle of the night! Liked the fact it opened out onto a square.
