The building is a genuine 16th century palazzo on a canal. The location is ideal - walking distance to all the main points of interest and the vaporetto. The staff are very friendly and helpful and included breakfast is convenient.

Great location and the option of water taxi to their back dock was nice. Being set back a (very short) walk from the main street hustle and bustle was key! The breakfast was wonderful and enjoying it in the beautiful courtyard was even better! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from check-in, recommendations, breakfast service, etc.

The hotel was beautiful - great location overlooking a canal, large rooms, wonderful breakfast in the garden and the staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful.

The exceptionall friendly and helpful staff, the opulent room we had (first time I have stayed somewhere with brocade fabric on the walls!) and a sumptuous breakfast on the terrace each morning.
