I liked the location … although it’s quite a walk to the main square, it is close to the garage where we parked our car. So arriving and departing was a breeze and we did not need to lug our suits cases too far. Big thanks to the reception, Maria, who was the sweetest and friendliest I have met my entire trip! Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was good.

Great location just on the periphery but close enough to get anywhere. Hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very very cute little hotel at a short distance by foot from bus station. We only had 1 night booked in Venice. Wanted to drop luggage off, get changed, then go out and explore. Staff were welcoming and made us feel very happy to be there. Our room backed onto the lovely back garden. Beds were very comfy. Rooms quiet even though we were there at a busy time just before Christmas. Would highly recommend stopping here, do not be put off by the proximity to bus station, its a really lovely hotel with an amazing back garden you'd not expect in Venice…

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They left a lovely thought gift in our room to mark my wife's birthday. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Room and facilities were excellent, breakfast very good. And location was very good.
