The room was gorgeous, and in a great location. You still have to walk up a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator after the first flight. The quietest elevator I've ever used.

Super friendly staff Location near the bus and train station, so important so not to luger your bagages around Breakfast Large rooms, in our case we were 3 in one room

Location is fabulous. Very clean. Helpful staff! Love the area its located in. Vaporetto stop right opposite and other stops within 200m of hotel. If you are arriving by plane, waterboat arrives at Guglie stop from the Airport. A 10 mins walk from train station if arriving by train. If arriving by bus or car, take people mover then 15 mins walk.

Fantastic location, very clean with beautiful rooms, great friendly staff - receptionist Elmi was so lovely and made me feel very welcome! 5 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and within walking distance of most historic sites, situated on the main road and canal. Loved this hotel and will definitely come back to stay here next time I visit Venice.

Elmi and Sam were wonderful and helpful hosts. It was close to the train station and also on the main calle in Canneregio. It was easy access to all the sights of Venice.
