We had a room on the 2. Floor with beautiful views over the grand Canal. The hotel is directly on the Canal and in the afternoon we enjoyed drinks and snacks on the terrace watching the Boats go by. Very romantic setting. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff when we needed anything. Close walking distance to lots of Restaurant and famous Landmarks.

Amazing staff, absolutely lovely. The room was super cozy, finely decorated, really good stuff. The view on the grand canal was just breathtaking.

We liked everything about the property. Great location being only a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. The water taxi drops you off and picks you up right at the front door.

The location of this property is amazing. obviously most hotels in Venice are on some sort of canal or another, but this really is special. Easy to explore from, because of its closeness to several water-bus terminals and a pleasure to come back to.

Comfortable and beautiful rooms and location is brilliant for exploring Venice. Easy to access from vaporetto and water taxis. Close to Rialto Bridge.

Everything - staff were beyond helpful and very friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast was lovely, location excellent and room more than comfortable. A great base to explore Venice.
