When we checked in, we were upgraded to a larger room than the one we had booked. The hotel is really beautiful and stylishly designed. The location was perfect – close to St. Mark's Square. The staff was kind and welcoming.

It was a wonderful experience and will come back here again when money permits. All the staff were helpful, happy and engaging which enhanced our stay. Nothing was too much for them. 1 An amazing option to arrive in the hotel by water taxi. 2 The stupendous view from the room 3 Very central and close to St Marks Square 4 The breakfast was wonderful every morning (except toast see below), with the wonderful staff waiting on us and helping with any info we needed for our day 5 The reception staff helped with all directions we needed in Venice too over stay and anything extra we needed in our room like tea bags, milk, etc, they were very quick at dealing with it, day or night.

Location, taxi services and the surrounding restaurants/bar and boutiques. Hotel organised a taxi for the early red eye flight. Easy access to lifts to the 3rd floor. Spa and sauna in rooms made the stay a lot more enjoyable after exploring the city.
