Located in Dorsoduro area, 20-25 minutes walking from San Marco or Rialto bridge, it is also close to less turistic place (you have to see them aniway in order to see how locals live) Comfortable single room with sink inside. Private bathroom is outside. It is clean but...see below Great breakfast

The location is excellent. The view across the Guidecca canal is lovely plus very close to the Zattere stop for water transport. Eating breakfast outside in the sunshine (in November! )can’t be beaten. The staff are absolutely charming and extremely helpful. We have stayed here many times over the years and will be back.

Much nicer then on pictures and the vibe is incredible as well as the customer experience, when arriving to the premises - the welcoming Prosecco just said it all together with delicious breakfast and amazing staff, so welcoming, warm, authentic and generous! Thank you and we’ll definitely stay again.

Great breakfast and other meals in the beautiful hotel restaurant. The hotel staff provides superior services throughout the day. The location of the hotel is beautiful and relatively quiet. We will be back next year!
