The hotel is close to the station, only one bridge to reach it. It is cozy and well furnished in an ancient Venetian style. My single room was confortable and very silent, with a balcony on the back of the building. Not a good view, but very silent.

room very quiet at night & very clean, breakfast absolute top (abundant, tasty and great selection), personnel very efficient & friendly, location perfect, 2 minutes from Santa Lucia railway station, great price, probably the best stay over 20 years of visiting Venice
