Location was superb, whether you want top end shopping, historic sites and dining options. Price was excellent Check in staff were very friendly and helpful Gondola location at front of hotel. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

The hotel is in a good location The room we stayed was comfortable and good bed. The reception was fantastic and kind to help with all we asked Thank you Eurico and David!! Plus - Gondola service at the door!! Witch is great and romantic, to depart from a ride!! (Gondola is very expensive 100€ for 35 minutes…)

The location is super good and the staff was very nice, always being polite and supportive, and organising water taxi for us when we left. There is a lift in the building which was really important for us as we carried 4 big luggages.

Very centrally located, and we had a beautiful view over the canals from our room. Easy to get around Venice from here as the base. Our room was very large, and decorated in a traditional Venetian style.

Superb location in San Marco. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Charming room and excellent bathroom and toiletries. Taxi boat collection from the door of the hotel is handy. Easy to get ACTV to and from Giglio and also easy to get to San Marco and the various terminals for ferries, including the airport. Decent restaurants nearby.
