The hotel is easy to reach by any water transport and is steps away from main city attractions. The extra paid breakfast was really tasty and diverse.

Perfect location to explore Venice yet tucked away for quiet after a busy day, the staff were very helpful and so friendly, we had a free room upgrade on arrival which was one of their mini suites, it was beautiful and we had only wished we had booked to stay for longer.
