The location is perfect, clean and quiet. In front of the building in the street there is amazing place to eat really really good italian dinner. The room 10th had amazing view and was big enough. On breakfast there was boiled eggs, tea, coffee, milk, cereals, jams in plastic, nutella, bread, croissant and all the necessary things.

Superb location, walking distance to the main railway station. It was very clean and a good breakfast was included.

Location near train station and on a secondary route to St Marks square. Staff available 24 hours. We had shared bathroom and it was surprisingly clean and not busy. Good breakfast with eggs, cheese, cereal, coffee, juice etc. Room was basic but that was our expectation.

I had the cutest little room with shower and toilet which also had access to a little terrace with a view of the canal and passing gondolas lovely and quiet although still close to the bus terminal. Reception staff friendly and helpful

We were only here for one night after a cruise on the Adriatic Sea. We arrived at noon, put are luggage in our room and left the room to explore Venice. We came back at night to sleep and left after breakfast to the aiport. So we were only a short time in this hotel, but all was more than OK.

Great location, airport transport busses are so near! Staff was kind, and the accomodation was very clean. Cute breakfast with many jams, nutella, tea/coffe/orange juice, boiled eggs and pastries. Thanks for everything :)

To be honest, I expected much worse. But I really liked the room, the hotel and its staff. Everything is simple, but very elegant, fitting into the style of Venice. The room is not large, but clean and cosy with a view of the canal. The room is clean, there are shower towels, shower gel, soap. There is a large terrace, although it is open only from 10 to 8, which is illogical when most residents are walking around the city. Breakfasts deserve special attention: coffee, juice, cereals, jam, croissants. Quite a lot for a hearty breakfast. To summarise: given the location, price and service, this is a great option for budget tourism.
