Nice location, will definitely return to Venice, so much to see and little time. Disagree with some comments about being noisy, our room was above the resturant below and you had little noise, yes learn out of your window and yes you can hear the street sounds, lovely breakfast

The hotel is located very near the San Marco square and it is easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very good and Manager Chiara was very polite and helpful.

Location is excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I liked the bar, sitting room and bathrooms by the reception area, I look forward to visiting again in February.
