Great location near the San Zaccaria ferry stop (eg. Ferry 5.1 from San Lucia station)and San Marco Piazza. Helpful efficient and friendly reception. Comfortable room. Good breakfast with coffee. Many shops and cafes nearby as well as St Marks Square, many sights, and various ferries.

Amazing location and excellent value for money. Stayed in the apartments, which are great if travelling with kids- a bit basic, but you get a bit more space and the ability to have some quick bites for the kids in the fridge. Lovely staff, and some nice touches on arrival. Thanks.

Room was lovely, very clean, great location. Was unable to turn towel rail on independently so when it rained all day and we got soaked we were unable to dry our clothes, which was a shame. Breakfast probably the weakest part of the stay. Not much variety and not the greatest of quality.

The location of the hotel was ideal and was within walking distance to a number of sights. The water bus stations at San Zaccaria and San Marco were also close by so were able to travel to other sights very easily. The staff at the hotel were very helpful especially Filippo on the reception desk.

Great location! In front of waterbus stop. Just round the corner from St Mark's square and the main attractions. Breakfast was alright, not a wide spread - cold cuts, breads, pastries and some cereals.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was a great, decently priced 3 star hotel with an updated little bathroom. The shutters kept out the alley noise. Breakfast was fine with parties and hard boiled eggs, cheese and bread.
