Hotel Overview

Just 100 metres from Saint Mark's Square, Hotel Colombina is set in a historic building overlooking the canal of the nearby Bridge of Sighs. The rooms have a traditional Venetian design, with multicolored marble floors.
Each room offers air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a satellite flat-screen TV. The rooms on the top floor offer beautiful views including the Palazzo Ducale, and St. Mark's bell tower and dome.
The hotel is set in Palazzo Colombina, and has a private water landing that you can use to arrive directly from the airport by water taxi. Just 300 metres away you will find San Zaccaria water bus stop.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. A special mention to Tommaso, the manager, who was fantastic, his communication was excellent, and he handled everything with such care. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Our room was beautiful, and with a little lean out of the window, we could even catch a glimpse of the Bridge of Sighs, a sight that truly made me sigh in awe! The location was perfect, just a short walk to St. Mark’s Square, making it an ideal base for exploring the heart of Venice. Breakfast was delicious, with a great mix of continental options, eggs, and bacon, plenty to keep us going for a full day of sightseeing. If you're visiting Venice, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. The combination of friendly service, a stunning location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made our trip even more special. We would love to come back one day!

It is located close to San Marko and Doge’s palace. It is a boutique hotel. My booking includes breakfast which is very good. The staff are very friendly. The lady works for the breakfast even remembered what coffee we liked which was amazing.

Staring with staff, excellent welcome, friendly giving a lot of info. Room has everything you need with comfy beds. Our room had a view to the canal and was really nice. Breakfast was complete, didn’t miss anything. Staff always there to support. Location 10. All great, will definitely visit again.
