Been greeted by such friendly and helpful staff started us on a great stay . Nothing I felt was too much for them . The decoration from the door to the garden was stunning . As we exited the lift we were greeted by a beautiful lounge area . The room and bathroom was luxurious. to say the least . I loved the shutters on the window .Everything and every where in the hotel was spotless . We had the breakfast on our first morning and once again exceeded our expectations , been greeted as we entered the room and the display of fresh fruit , pastries , pancakes , yogurts etc was gorgeous . We are so delighted that we happened upon this beautiful amazing hotel at such a give away price . We will definitely be returning . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful .

Location was fantastic on a small camel very close to Adam Marco! Split site but literally opposite about 3 m apart .up grades to room over camel ..they were refurbing this but were discrete and did not disturb us .Will be fantastic with a Balcony / patio reached directly from room

A comfortable stay in a hotel with character. Situated perfectly. The staff from reception (thanks gentlemen) to cleaning was very kind and attentive, I should like to specially mention Michael in the breakfast room.

This hotel had an amazing location as well as nice breakfast. During our stay we had some medical troubles and the hotel was amazing at assisting us making sure we were okay and letting us stay another night on very short notice. I would come back to this hotel anytime if I was to come back to Venice

Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Breakfast was Really nice and had a good variety. Location was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean and very grand with lots of space and had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
