Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good 5 minutes walk from boat stop. Gandola boat was at door step. Cleanlng was very good. A cupcake with little candle for birthday was a pleasant surprise.

Amazing hotel from start to finish. Reception staff were amazing and informative from start to finish! Helpful staff to help with language as no lift so that was great. Situated just outside main area with easy access to all water bus stops and main tourist attractions! Room was modern with a venetian stamp. We honestly could not fault this hotel and it's staff. Oh and a great breakfast. Thank you.
