Late check in (from 20:00 to 23:00 - 8pm to 11pm) is possible but must be requested in advance and confirmed by the property. Clean bathroom, nice bed and traditional Italian breakfast served in the morning. In addition to two friendly cats that will happily greet you. Polite staff. Was able to leave the luggage at the hotel prior to check-in and after check-out.

wonderful little Hotel so friendly the bos bosses who happened to be Cazz absolutely amazing we liked it so much that we recommend a friend to go and she went the very next week next time we in Venice we will definitely be staying here

Optimal location to enjoy the city and to have distant from crowd. Very close to ferry station and I could say Canareggio is the most beautiful neighbourhood to enjoy Venice. Daniela and Darya were very friendly and helpful with any issues.

This property is a little out of the way in a much quieter area. We stayed in Winter and felt like we had this part of Venice to ourselves, including dinning in little nearby restaurants by ourselves! The hotel itself has everything you need after long days walking- a comfortable bed, a hot shower and a great breakfast to get you started again the next day. The staff are very nice and a special mention to the housekeeper for her exceptional eye for detail- a very clean hotel indeed. The room was true to the description with a good hairdryer and comfortably warm heating (already on when we arrived, very thoughtful). It was serviced daily, which I didn’t expect. We will definitely stay again.

A very secure location, peaceful. The room was decent and easy to keep warm. Loved the freedom of the television being able to use our streaming apps on it as opposed to all our other stays in Italy. We were pleasantly surprised about the two feline staff members they have (Simba and Ariel), very sweet and well mannered. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

Excellent location, just a very short walk from the water taxi stop. About 15 mins to St Mark's Square and the Rialto. Many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Lovely small hotel with a few rooms and cute garden. Friendly staff who were helpful and 2 gorgeous cats! The breakfast was good and they made us fresh, strong, cappuccinos, which is a big plus from me! The room was small and smelt slightly damp. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot and strong, although we did have a minor leakage from the shower basin across the bathroom floor and into the bedroom, which was not great. The room was quiet and OK for an overnight stay but one of the bedside lights was not working and there was a distinct lack of plug sockets, which meant you had to choose between charging your phone and using a bedside lamp or the TV, for instance, which again is really not ideal. Other than that, I would say it's a lovely hotel and I would stay there again in similar circumstances.
