The breakfast was delicius, small buffe but with everything we needed, the bed was very confortable and the room was always Warm and the location was great next to ponte dei sospiri and san Marco square.

Reception and cleaning staff polite and friendly; we just used the hotel for somewhere convenient to sleep. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless… just what we needed…

The hotel is in an excellent location, 1/2 block off the Grand Canal in Venice. It was an easy walk from the boat drop off docks
