The location is good and very central. We were in a quad room which was comfortable but a little tight for 4 adults, but it didn't matter too much as we were out for most of the day. Breakfast was included and the spread was really good - great to have this option and not have to figure out where to find breakfast.

Andrea was so kind and attentive from the minute we arrived. He anticipated our needs and ensured our stay was perfect. The location of this hotel and style of furnishing make it unmatched as only an 8 min stroll to all main sites.

Neat, clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great. Located not far from St Marks square and only a short walk to the Vaporetto stations nearby, so easy to get where you need to. Would stay here again.

I liked the staff - so friendly and welcoming. I thought the breakfast offered a wide and generous variety. The location was perfect and the hotel felt authentic. One member of staff went out of his way to help me sort out my return ticket to the airport. I would stay there again!

The location is perfect, close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely Venetian charm. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. Breakfast was satisfying, though with limited options. Overall, a great place for a romantic getaway or family trip.

Breakfast excellent everything top quality, Firenze cocoa cream, Perugia 12 types coffee, free of charge all day, like coffee and tea AI. Staff excellent, luxury warm room, perfect location 7-8 min to San Marko and same to Rialto Bridge. 10/10
