Amazing view from my room overlooking the bay, all the way to St. Marco's square. Location was perfect for exploring Venice city centre.

The Hotel was just as advertised. Our room had an amazing view. The Staff were exceptional - especially Marco - was so so nice. Location was fab - just minutes walk from St Marks Square - plenty of access to water taxis, boat trips - couldn't have been any better to be fair - very very special

As promised, the premium room had wonderful views over the Venice lagoon and the famous waterfront. It was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and decorated in the sophisticated but unfussy house style which evokes a yacht stateroom. Breakfast was served in a many-windowed room looking out on the sea. The location was ideal as a base for exploring Venice on foot. The reception area is small with no foyer, but that didn't matter to us, and the staff at reception were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for the quality of accommodation and location.
