Romm was clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good and costs 15€ a reasonable price. Location excellent. Staff polite and helpful.

Very convenient, close to things you want to visit while in Venice. A bit worn down in relation to the price, but I did not expect anything else,in Venice you pay mostly for location, so for me this was just fine. In spite of being very centrally situated the room was quiet and the front desk people were helpful and nice.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the San Zaccaria Vaporeto station. Very good breakfast. Comfortable room, relatively large because we ordered a Junior Suite. 2nd floor was accessible by a "regular" elevator.
