Since there were some repairs done at the property, we have been upgraded to the Hotel Olimpia next door to Hotel Arlecchino. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed the breakfast.

We actually stayed at Hotel Olimpia (garden hotel) b/c Hotel Arlecchino was under renovation. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Olimpia!! The staff were absolutely amazing, all the little details and person touches were such a treat and made us feel welcome and important. Exceptional customer service! The room was great, we had a view of the canal. Comfortable beds, and nice bedding however I’m picky with pillows and found them a little dense as were memory foam. The bathroom was extremely nice and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced! Great location - right across the first bridge from the train station. So ideal for dropping off bags and then off to explore the city/town. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was excellent. We actually stayed at the hotel Olimpio nearby because there was construction work at the Arlecchino. The receptionist and the porters were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Firstly Irina was amazing, friendly and welcoming. She even went as far to leave a bottle of Prosecco in our room on my birthday!!! What a treat. The location is superb, right beside the bus and train station and has lovely bars and restaurants right beside it. Would definitely be going back. So handy once you get your bearings around the city. Love love love this place. A message for Irina. Thank you so much for making this holiday a dream one. Xx

Got a lovely upgraded room with a balcony which was great. Brilliant location close to train and bus station which was easy to find when arriving late at night. Wonderful value for ensuite room in Venice.

Excellent staff, super friendly, amazing location, comfy bed and beautiful view from the room. Good value for money and overall excellent option (super accessible from Piazzale Roma).
