Perfect location - calm street, close to Guggenheim gallery, Academy gallery, ferry to Croatia, etc. Fantastic breakfast with champaign. Calm side. Elevator available.

Lovely quiet location within walking distance of many of Venice's main attractions. Beautiful room overlooking the canal with balcony. Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Absolute five stars.

The hotel is situated in quet,off beaten tracks, area. Accesible with water taxi. Specious room. Modern finishes, but with venician touch. Spotlessly clean. Soundproofing is excellent. There is a lift. The staff speak good English and exceptionally helpful! On day one, we asked about the fat-free milk for cappuccino, and it was available for us during our stay. Thank you

Friendly and really helpful staff, the building kept at a comfortable temperature, fantastic location for the water taxi, very quite, the breakfast was excellent, let us keep our bags in the hotel before we got to our check in time and when we needed to check out, very good location for shops and exploring Venice and an all round great place to go on holiday.
