Location was great! Staff were awesome! Special shout out to the cleaning crew - always happy and attentive even during a busy part of the year and New Years Day!!! 24 hour reception was helpful!

The location was great, beautiful room and good breakfast. We could see the gondolas going down the canals from our window! The girl at the desk Roberta was very nice and helpful!

The location of the hotel is the best that this hotel can offer.The breakfast is fair although there is a lack of hot dishes (egs or omelete).

The location is quite central and within the peak of activities. Reception is always willing to help despite language barrier, they try to converse in English and try to help out with any queries. There was bed side charging points for phone and other electronic appliances.
