Great locatio, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff - a particular shout out to Raffaele who delivered our breakfast to our room each morning (they don't have a dining room so you eat at the table in your room)(, he was particularly cheerful, organised, and always got our order right and on-time. Thanks Raffaele!

Fantastic location. We loved our room, overlooking canal. Rafaelle served breakfast to our room every morning and he was just a pleasure. All staff were very friendly. Had a great stay.

Very beautiful room with an excellent canal view , literally a skip and jump from st marks square , amazing staff , superb breakfast in the room , a lot of variety of savoury and sweet mixtures ,the bed was the most comfortable one we have encountered yet with great pillows

The hotel is great located just a short walk from the Piazza Marco. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is provided & delivered (as room service) from a restaurant nearby. The gentleman who brings the breakfast every morning is the friendliest and most kind and pleasant person in this hotel. He is extremely respectful and mannered... it was wonderful to start the day like this!

Hotel was in a lovely location just off a little canal and very near to St Marks square and The Rialto Bridge. Our suite was amazing and you get breakfast delivered to your room every day. Raffaelle was in particular lovely and extremely friendly when delivering our breakfast each morning. |

The breakfast was outstanding with such great service from Rafelle. He had such a cheerful disposition and made me smile each day. He went out of his way to provide us with restaurant suggestions. The room was large and roomy. The location was perfect. Very close to San Marco square with plenty of shopping and food choices.
